TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SUBMITTING DRAWINGS TO RATEMYANIMATIONS
No pornography, nudity, profanity, excessive violence, racism or copyright violations are to be submitted as animations. Submitting animations that do not meet our terms is a violation of our terms and RateMyAnimations shall not be held responsible for your violations. When creating fanart or animations based on someone else's content on our website, these are classed as fanart derivatives which means you shall not claim ownership and shall not resell this content in any way. By uploading animations to our website, these animations are viewable by the public and at times users may take screenshots or feature your art on other websites for the purpose of showcasing your work. You agree to such activity as long as others do not claim the work is their own and they do not use screenshots of your work for profit or any other use other than showcasing your original animation on RateMyAnimations. When creating derivative art, please post information on the original artist's work in your description and never create derivative art if you are unsure you meet the original artist's copyright laws. Reported offenders of our animation terms and rules will have their animations removed and may be banned. Users may report animations that do not meet our site rules via our forums. Offenders may also be banned from our website. We do not allow animations to be submitted that are created using third party software or any other means that allows a user to gain an unfair advantage over other users. A valid email address is required for website registration and to activate animations. Once a animation is submitted, an email will be sent to your registered email address to allow you to unlock the animation and make it visible on this website. Winners will be notified by email and their username will be posted on our website. At times winners will be asked to supply RateMyAnimations with personal information in order to recieve their prize. If a winner is under the legal age in his/her country or unable to enter or accept competions due to legal restrictions in their country/region, the prize will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian of the winner. RateMyAnimations reserves the right to alter and amend any rules of any contest at anytime (with due fairness).
